Please read them carefully before using the Site or Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to our Site. By using the Site or Services after we have posted updated Terms, you agree to the updated Terms.

Our Site and Services

Vodana® Curling Iron, Hair Curler, Flat Iron provides an online ecommerce store for users to browse and purchase hair styling tools and accessories, including curling irons, flat irons, hair wavers, hair dryers, hair brushes, and more. We aim to offer high-quality hair products with innovative designs to help you achieve your ideal hairstyle easily.
The Site allows you to create an account to facilitate purchasing products and accessing order history. Certain features of the Site or Services may require you to register an account by providing us with some information about yourself, such as an email address and password. You agree to provide true and accurate information when creating an account, and to keep your account password secure.

Placing Orders

The price and availability of products on our Site are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect any orders that you have already placed with us.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are valid for limited periods and while supplies last. Promo codes must be entered at the time of checkout to apply discounts to your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
All purchases made through our Site are subject to product availability, and Vodana® Curling Iron, Hair Curler, Flat Iron reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any product or order.
Your order constitutes a binding agreement between you and Vodana® Curling Iron, Hair Curler, Flat Iron and signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Payment

All purchases are processed through secure payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal. We accept payments online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Payment card details and personal information are protected by encryption during transmission through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means your payment information is safely transmitted to our payment processor for authorization and capture.
Payment will be charged at the time you place your order. If we are unable to authorize and capture payment through our payment processor, your order may be cancelled.
If you paid with a gift card or store credit issued by Vodana® Curling Iron, Hair Curler, Flat Iron, remaining balances will be applied to your account and available for future purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days after payment authorization and capture. Some orders may take longer to fulfil due to high demand or low product inventory. We will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay in shipping your order.
Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed at checkout and on our Site are estimates only. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and shall not be held liable for any delays caused by issues with our shipping partners or other unforeseen circumstances.
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options at checkout, along with estimated delivery timeframes. Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and order contents.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including recipient name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country. We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or invalid addresses.
For shipment to P.O. boxes, please note that signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. Shipping carriers may attempt to deliver the package 3 times before returning it to us.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.
If you do not receive your shipment within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. We may ask you to wait longer before reporting a missing shipment in case of minor delays from the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Vodana® Curling Iron, Hair Curler, Flat Iron, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused, unopened, and resalable condition with original tags and packaging included. We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or customized products.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] or use the return portal in your account. We will provide instructions on how to pack and ship the return to us.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend shipping returns with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance for proof of return delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process a refund to the original form of payment used for purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing.
Refunds may be issued in the following forms:
- Returned to the original card used at the time of purchase
- Store credit for use on vodanas.shop
- Refund check mailed to provided address
Sale and discounted items may be refunded at the sale price paid, not the original retail price. Promotional discounts and credits cannot be reimbursed beyond the sale price obtained by the customer.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us right away so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Site login credentials and are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, exhibit unauthorized or abusive behavior, or violate these Terms or applicable law. Accounts that remain inactive for over 12 months may also be removed without notice.

After receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and any personal data associated with it within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal compliance. Orders already fulfilled will not be affected when your account is closed.

Arbitration Agreement

The arbitration shall take place before a single arbitrator and will be binding with no right of appeal.
Arbitration hearings will be held virtually. You hereby waive any objection on the grounds of venue, jurisdiction, or that the forum is inconvenient. The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant interim relief and award monetary and equitable relief.

In any arbitration, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable expenses, attorneys’ fees, and costs.
